Text Box: John M. (Jack) Cashman:  Attorney John M. (Jack) Cashman graduated with honors from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971, as well as the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1974. Jack is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, Manitowoc County Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Jack's practice concentrates in Elder law issues, including guardianships, advance directives and medical assistance planning, Estate planning and probate, Adoptions, and Social Security disability. Jack is a member of St. Francis of Assisi parish, serving on the Pastoral Council. He also serves on the school board for Roncalli High School and is a long time United Way board member. Text Box: Steven R. Olson: Steven R. Olson, a life-long resident of Manitowoc, became a partner at Radosevich, Mozinski, Cashman & Olson, LLP, in 1998. Steve began practicing law in January, 1994 with the firm, after graduating in the top 10% of his class at Marquette Law School. Steve has a bachelor's degree from Silver Lake College, graduating magna cum laude. He also has an associate degree in Police Science from Lakeshore Technical College. Steve is admitted to practice in Wisconsin courts, the Eastern and Western District federal courts, as well as the federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Prior to becoming an attorney, Steve was a Manitowoc Police Department patrol officer from 1983 through 1994 and a Manitowoc Sheriff's Department deputy from 1980 until 1983. Steve worked as a welder in local manufacturing company prior to that. Steve concentrates his law practice in personal injury, employment and trial litigation of various types of cases. Text Box: Alison Petri:  Born and raised in Green Bay, Alison joined Radosevich, Mozinski, Cashman & Olson in 2005. She concentrates her practice in family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and general trial litigation. After receiving her bachelors degree with honors from UW-Lacrosse, Alison completed law school at the University of Oregon. She focused her studies on family law and estate planning. While in Oregon, Alison served several Oregon Legal Aid agencies working with family law, domestic violence, landlord-tenant, and other poverty law issues. Alison is a member of both the State Bar and Manitowoc County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin State Courts, the Eastern and Western District federal courts in Wisconsin, as well as the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also associated with the Manitowoc Young Professionals Group (SAIL) and Manitowoc Business and Professional Women's Association. She also volunteers at the Manitowoc Domestic Violence Center and Northeastern Wisconsin Special Olympics events.
