The United States Consumer Products Safety Commission
(CPSC) is the federal agency with the task of protecting consumers from
unreasonably dangerous products. The CPSC coordinates voluntary recalls
of products by manufacturers in addition to having the power to order a
mandatory recall. Recalls are listed on the CPSC website, which
contains a searchable data base.

The Manitowoc County Family Court Commissioner's office, as part of
Manitowoc County's website, provides helpful tips relating to divorce or
paternity procedures and provides on-line forms which can be utilized in
less complex family court matters.

The Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) is an organization comprised of lawyers
who extensively represent injured persons. Three attorneys from

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is the federal
agency charged with investigating employment discrimination nationally.
The EEOC issues advisory opinions interpreting various aspects of
federal employment law. The EEOC website also contains summaries of the
various federal employment discrimination laws.

The
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection is the
state agency which has developed rules for Landlords, Auto Repair, and
Home Improvement Contractors, to name a few. The agency also handles
consumer complaints in those fields, as well as issuing recall alerts,
providing food safety tips, and administering Wisconsin's Do Not Call
list.
