  • Child Support Information - The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families has administrative regulations the courts will apply to determine the method of assessing child support. Support obligations can vary depending on specific circumstances. Worksheets and calculators are available at http://dcf.wi.gov/bcs/guidelines_tools.htm


  • Consumer Products Information - The United States Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) is the federal agency with the task of protecting consumers from unreasonably dangerous products.  The CPSC coordinates voluntary recalls of products by manufacturers in addition to having the power to order a mandatory recall.  Recalls are listed on the CPSC website, which contains a searchable data base.

  • Manitowoc County Family Court Commissioner 

    The Manitowoc County Family Court Commissioner's office, as part of Manitowoc County's website, provides helpful tips relating to divorce or paternity procedures and provides on-line forms which can be utilized in less complex family court matters. 

     

  • Wisconsin Association for Justice - The Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) is an organization comprised of lawyers who extensively represent injured persons.  Three attorneys from Radosevich, Mozinski, Cashman & Olson, LLP are members of WAJ.  WAJ offers a variety of information to the public in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice.

  • Wisconsin State Bar Association - The Wisconsin State Bar's website offers a number of helpful links and information, including case law, statutes, as well as referral services. 

  • Wisconsin Circuit Court Access

    The Wisconsin Circuit Court Access program provides on-line access to court cases in most Wisconsin Circuit Courts.  A person or business name can be searched for civil or criminal proceedings they are or have been involved in.  Although most court cases are on the site, some are not including paternity cases and juvenile proceedings, to name a few.  The site can be searched statewide or by county. 

     

  • Wisconsin Equal Rights Division 

    The Wisconsin Equal Rights Division's website contains a host of information relating to discrimination laws in Wisconsin.  Laws included are those prohibiting employment discrimination, family & medical leave, and retaliation, as well as Labor Standards laws such as minimum wage and overtime.  The ERD website also contains downloadable forms. 

  • U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

    The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is the federal agency charged with investigating employment discrimination nationally.  The EEOC issues advisory opinions interpreting various aspects of federal employment law.  The EEOC website also contains summaries of the various federal employment discrimination laws. 

  • Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection

     The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection is the state agency which has developed rules for Landlords, Auto Repair, and Home Improvement Contractors, to name a few.  The agency also handles consumer complaints in those fields, as well as issuing recall alerts, providing food safety tips, and administering Wisconsin's Do Not Call list. 

  • The Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups 

    The Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups provides information helpful both to the elderly and their families, including the basic components of powers of attorney, living wills, guardianship information, as well as assistance in selecting a Medicare Part D plan.
